Project Intervention Class Information

LOCATION OF CLASS: Los Alamitos Unified School District Office (10293 Bloomfield St., Los Alamitos, CA 90720)

TIME: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm

 
 

Project Intervention

 Your child is scheduled to attend three day sessions of the Project Intervention Program.

  • The classes will be held at 10293 Bloomfield St., Los Alamitos, CA 90720, at promptly 7:30 a.m. for the first class on Tuesday and 8:00 a.m. for the two following classes on Wednesday and Thursday. There will be no late entry. The class will end at approximately 3:00 p.m. Space is limited, so you must attend your scheduled sessions. Non-attendance will result in failure from the program.

  • A parent or legal guardian must accompany your child to the registration process at the start of the first session for there are forms that need to be completed. Your child will not be allowed to begin the program without a parent or legal guardian’s accompaniment. (A legal guardian is someone who has been appointed by the courts to be legally responsible for your child.)

  • Your child will need to bring lunch to eat, it will not be provided. Do not send your child with any money as they are not allowed to leave the premises during the lunch break.

  • Please be dressed appropriately. See your school handbook for appropriate dress code. Your child will be required to complete additional assignments or be asked to leave if he/she is not dressed appropriately.

  • Your classes are being paid for by the school district. As a result, your child is required to complete 20 hours of community service (separate from any graduation requirements) with a non-profit organization of your choice.

  • Please call or text to confirm your attendance to the class and that you received this letter at (949) 303-9016.

  • **IMPORTANT** If you do not attend your scheduled class and you do not call to cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of the program, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $50.00 RESCHEDULING  FEE!

Su hijo está programado para asistir al Proyecto de Intervención.

  • Las clases se llevarán a cabo en la Oficina del Distrito Unificado de Los Alamitos ( 10293 Bloomfield St., Los Alamitos, CA 90720) puntualmente 7:30 am para la primera clase y 8:00 am para las dos clases siguientes . No habrá entrada tardía. La clase durará hasta las 3:00 pm El espacio es limitado, por lo que deberás realizar tus sesiones programadas. La no asistencia resultará en el fracaso del programa.

  • Un padre o tutor legal debe acompañar a su hijo al proceso de inscripción al inicio de la primera sesión , ya que hay formularios que deben completarse. A su hijo no se le permitirá comenzar el programa sin el acompañamiento de un padre o tutor legal. (Un tutor legal es alguien que ha sido designado por los tribunales para ser legalmente responsable de su hijo).

  • Su hijo necessita traer almuerzo para comer, no sera proporcionado. No envíe a su hijo con dinero para el almuerzo, ya que no se le permite salir de las instalaciones durante la pausa del almuerzo.

  • Por favor vístase apropiadamente . Consulte el manual de su escuela para conocer el código de vestimenta apropiado. Se le pedirá a su hijo que complete tareas adicionales o se le pedirá que se vaya si no está vestido apropiadamente.

  • Llame o mande mensaje de texto para confirmar su asistencia a la clase y que recibió esta carta al (949) 303-9016.

  • Tenga en cuenta: si no asiste a su clase programada y no llama para cancelar o reprogramar dentro de las 72 horas posteriores al programa, ¡ SE LE COBRARÁ UNA TARIFA DE REPROGRAMACIÓN DE $50.00!
