OUR MISSION
OUR HISTORY
California Youth Services (CYS) began in 2002 with the Juvenile Alcohol & Drug Education (JADE) Program, providing substance abuse education and support for teens and parents in Orange County. As community needs grew, CYS expanded its partnerships with schools and law enforcement and later opened a counseling center to provide mental health services and ongoing support for individuals and families.
Today, CYS is a multi-service 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving more than 5,000 individuals each year through prevention, education, counseling, drug testing, and mental health services. With offices in Laguna Hills and Tustin and programs throughout Orange County, CYS is committed to helping youth and families overcome substance abuse, behavioral, and emotional challenges through compassionate support and community partnerships.
