Program Details
• Group Sessions are 90-minutes each
• Individual Sessions are 60 minutes each
• Led by professional therapists & trained facilitators
• Held at Main office in Laguna Hills and/or satellite office in Tustin
• Held various days Monday through Friday, hours vary.

A 4-session, one-on-one coaching program designed to help parents and caregivers pause, regroup, and gain tools for managing stress, communication, and discipline.Who it’s for:
Parents or caregivers who feel overwhelmed, stuck in conflict, or in need of private, individualized support.What they’ll learn:
Discipline strategies that work without constant punishment
How to stay calm and respond instead of react
Tools to improve communication with children/teens

Divorce & Co-Parenting Support Group
What it is:
A 6-week group coaching program for parents navigating divorce or separation, focused on minimizing conflict and supporting children through the transition.Who it’s for:
Divorced or divorcing parents who want healthier co-parenting relationships and practical tools for raising children in two households.What they’ll learn:
Effective co-parenting communication strategies
How to reduce conflict and keep kids out of the middle
Consistency and stability across two homes
Tools for supporting children emotionally during and after divorce

A monthly drop-in support group for parents of teens in therapy or behavioral programs. Provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to share struggles and gain support.Who it’s for:

Practical tools for supporting their teen’s growth
How to balance parental stress and self-care

To stay informed about the availability and start dates of the specific session you want to join, please fill out the interest form below. This form serves as an interest form for those wishing to join a session. For group coaching sessions, once we receive enough responses, typically 4 to 8 participants, we will form the group and keep all interested individuals informed about the launch date. You will be notified as soon as the group is ready to begin based on sufficient enrollment. For individual coaching, you will be contacted by the therapist to start the individual coaching sessions as soon as possible.
