Eating disorders have some of the highest risks of any mental health condition, and body dissatisfaction is increasingly common among teens. Left untreated, these struggles can severely affect physical health, academic performance, and self-esteem. This group creates a safe, supportive space where teens can heal, find hope, and learn that they are more than their body image.

Today’s boys face confusing and often negative messages about what it means to “be a man.” Without guidance, many struggle with isolation, low self-esteem, or unhealthy relationship patterns. This group helps boys grow into confident, kind, and capable young men—empowered to step into adulthood with respect for themselves and others.

  • What it is:
A supportive, female therapist-led group designed to help teen girls grow in confidence while also learning the value of balance, respect, and healthy relationships.
