JADE South Class Information

LOCATION OF CLASS: Capistrano Unified School District Building (33122 Valle Road, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675)

JADE South

You and your child are scheduled to attend two evening sessions of JADE (your scheduled dates were sent to you via text).

  • IMPORTANT: In addition to the two class sessions, you and your child are required to attend an exit interview. The exit interview, which will last approximately 1 hour, will be scheduled, and explained during the last session of the class.

  • The classes will be held at the Capistrano Unified School District Building: 33122 Valle Road, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675. Please arrive at 5:00 p.m. to check in, class will begin promptly at 5:15 p.m. There will be no late entry. The class will last until 10 p.m. Space is limited, so you must make your scheduled sessions. Non-attendance will result in failure from the program.

  • **IMPORTANT** You and your child will not be admitted into the class without calling our office and confirming your attendance the date you received your text. Call or text (949) 303-9016 to confirm your attendance.

  • A parent or legal guardian must accompany your child to both sessions. (A legal guardian is an individual who has been appointed by the courts to be legally responsible for your child).

  • Please be dressed appropriately. Appropriate dress for males consists of fitted slacks, buttoned collared shirt, polo type shirt, or nice sweater; for females consists of dress or skirt (knee length or longer), or slacks with a sweater, blouse, or nice shirt. Participants MUST NOT WEAR: GANG ATTIRE, DRUG RELATED ATTIRE, BAGGY CLOTHING, T-SHIRTS, SWEATS, HOODED SWEATSHIRTS, RIPPED JEANS, SHORTS, REVEALING OUTFITS, SHORT SKIRTS, SLOPPY CLOTHING, OR HATS, CAPS or BEANIES. Your child will be required to complete additional requirements or asked to leave if not dressed appropriately.

  • The classes are held at an alcohol and drug-free establishment. Therefore, each participant and their legal guardian are expected to arrive to class sober. If it is obvious that any attendee is under the influence of any substance, he/she will be asked to leave immediately and may face criminal charges if the substance is illegal.

  • Please call 3 days (72 hours) prior to class if you need to reschedule or there will be a $50.00 rescheduling fee.

Usted(es) y su Hijo(a) están programados a asistir a JADE (sus dias programados fueron enviados por texto).

  • Además de estas sesiones de dos clases, usted(es) y su hijo(a) deberán asistir a una cita de salida. La cita de salida, la cual tendrá una duración de aproximadamente 1 hora, será programada y explicada durante la segunda clase de la sesión.

  • Las clases tendrán lugar en Capistrano Unified School District Building: 33122 Valle Road, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675. Porfavor de llegar a las 5:00 p.m. para registrarse. Las classes empiezan inmediatamente a las 5:15 p.m. No se permitirá la entrada tarde. La clase durará hasta las 10:00 p.m. El espacio es limitado, así que deberían asistir a las clases de la sesión programada. El no asistir resultara en fracaso del programa. No habrá descanso durante la clase, por favor de cenar antes de venir a clase.

  • **IMPORTANTE** No seran admitidos a las classes si no llaman a nuestra officina para confirmar su assistencia. Pueden llamar o mandar un mensaje de texto al numero (949) 303-3016 para confirmar.

  • Uno de los padres o tutor legal deberá acompañar a su hijo(a) a las dos sesiones. (Un Tutor Legal es alguien que ha sido nombrado por el tribunal para ser legalmente responsable de un niño/a.)

  • Por favor de vestirse apropiadamente. Los participantes NO DEBEN USAR ROPA DE PANDILLAS, ROPA RELACIONADA CON DROGAS, ROPA FLOJA, SUDADERAS, SUDADERAS CON CACHUCHA, CAMISETAS, PANTALON DE MEZCLILLA ROMPIDO, PANTALON CORTO, ZAPATOS ABIERTOs DE LOS DEDOS, ROPA QUE MUESTRE MUCHA PIEL, MINIFALDAS, ROPA DESCUIDADA O GORRAS / CACHUCHAS. Si su hijo/a se viste impropiamente se le pedirá que se retire o se le asignaran tareas adicionales.

  • Las clases tendrán lugar en un establecimiento libre de drogas y alcohol. Por lo tanto es de esperarse, que cada uno de los participantes y sus padres/Guardianes Legales lleguen sobrios. Si es obvio que alguno de los asistentes está bajo la influencia de cualquier substancia, a el/ella se le pedirá que se retire inmediatamente y podría enfrentar cargos criminales si la substancia es ilegal.

  • Por favor de llamar (3 dias) antes de la clase si desea reprogramar su cita, de lo contrario tendrá un cargo adicional de $50.00.
