PATHWAYS COMMUNITY COUNSELING CENTER (PCCC)
Recognizing the need in our community for high quality yet affordable counseling services, California Youth Services (CYS) established Pathways Community Counseling Center (PCCC) to make comprehensive therapy and counseling accessible to everyone.
Staffed with professional, well trained counselors, PCCC offers help in addressing many situations that cause emotional stress, including, but not limited to:
substance abuse and other addictions
anxiety, depression, and other mental and emotional problems and disorders
family and relationship issues
sexual abuse and domestic violence
eating disorders
career change and job stress
social and emotional difficulties related to disability and illness
adoption issues
embracing life transitions
the death of a loved one
With counseling offices located in Laguna Hills and Tustin, our services are available to all communities of Orange County. Services offered in English and Spanish.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE POLICY
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
